Audre Gutierrez is the owner of Wisdom of the Earth (WOTE) Essential Oils located near Sedona, AZ. Prior to becoming a certified Medicinal Aromatherapist, she was a Human Resources Executive in the public accounting, drug development and non-profit industries and was a Marketing Executive/Executive Coach for a national outplacement firm.

Audre has been a Medicinal Aromatherapist for over 25 years, having studied in France with Dr. Malte Hozzel, and in the US with Dr. Kurt Schnaubelt, John Steele, and Barry Kapp, among others. She has participated in numerous professional aromatherapy forums in France; San Rafael, California; and Santa Fe, NM. She is the author of Voices of Light, Voices of Love: Messages from the Plants & Trees, together with Barry Kapp and Cynthia Olivera.

Audre has presented to community and professional groups such as the NM Garden Society, the Milagro School of Herbalism, and the Curandera Program of the University of NM, on a wide variety of topics related to medicinal aromatherapy. She teaches the Advanced WOTE Medicinal Aromatherapy Seminar, and continues to teach the foundational classes via Skype and private sessions. Audre sponsored the Santa Fe Aromatherapy Meet Up group for almost 10 years as a community outreach effort, and formerly served on the Santa Fe Farmers Market Institute Board of Directors and the volunteer program at El Rancho de las Golondrinas, a living history museum in Santa Fe.
