Hello everyone, my name is David Cook, I'm from a county called Essex in the UK. I got into the paranormal field quite young, I guess you could say I inheritted it from my parents and through their teachings, understood more about the things I was experiencing at the time. My earliest experience was when I was about 6 and I told my mum that she was not my first mum but I still loved her. Sadly neither me or my mum can remember the name I told her.
Into my teen years I found myself sensing, seeing and hearing more from the spirit world and telling people things I should not know about them. When I get asked how I knew things I always say I get shown pictures, hear words and sense things then try to put them into a way that the person would understand. That is where my passion for the paranormal really took off.
I set up a group a few years ago called Essex Ghost Investigations after I was receiving calls from people asking me if I could go investigate their houses to see if there was anything there or not. I never charge anything for my investigations as I feel if I did I would be doing this for all the wrong reasons. It's called a gift for a reason and feel like I should use this gift to help others that need it.
