Cassie Lapierre
After 25 years of being a musician, actress, dancer, live performer and touring artist, coach, production assistant, certified event and wedding planner, creator and designer, I decided to transition to a professional organizing career. 2020 was the tipping point to encourage me to seek a new venture outside the entertainment field. I felt the need to move away from the spotlight and help people creating a better environment for themselves while at home.
Being a busy touring performer forced to move quite a lot, and in different countries around the globe. As a creative, artistic multi-tasker, I know what's it's like to have too much things "just in case" and having 12 different projects, gigs or contracts in the works, and I learned how to manage this habit into a healthy skill of sorting, packing, designing storage and displays and decision making. Organizing became a skill that served me really well though all my personal and working lives.
As a kid, in my native Quebec, Canada ((yes, I do speak French!) or as a pre-teenager in my adoptive Côte d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), my dolls, toys, music and books were always very well stored and classify. At 18 years old, I won the "most organized award" as a kid’s summer camp counselor. My learning system in Musical Literature class in college rewarded me with the highest grades and my teacher transferred my successful tips and techniques to his students until he retired. I organized and created displays systems, functional home office spaces, dressing rooms and designed storage solutions for my myself and fellow performers for as long as I can remember.
I am also a multi-pet mom, and a volunteering foster cat mom and a proud crazy cat lady who designed her house around rescued felines, canines, reptiles and exotic pets.
