Ever since the events that took place on September 11, 2001, Matthew Dakin realized that the world is run much differently than most people could ever imagine. He began to question everything that he had taken for granted after realizing that our government officials lied to us regarding the events that took place on 9/11. With his new set of eyes he researched many areas such as our monetary system, our medical system, and many of the technologies that have been suppressed such as royal Rife's frequencies, Wilhelm Reich's technologies in healing people along with his rainmaking capabilities, and Nikola Tesla's free energy towers. Matthew learned how John D. Rockefeller took over the medical industry in the early 1900's and placed his own people on the boards of universities and steered the curriculum into pharmacological drugs and away from naturopathic cures.

Matthew has watched the narrative change from global warming to climate change.

He has studied the covert weather modification programs that have gone on for decades such as stratospheric aerosol injection, solar radiation management, and geoengineering programs. These continue to this day to be denied, but can clearly be seen by looking up and paying attention to the skies. When people question him he brings up "Operation Popeye" which was performed in the late 1960's during the Vietnam war. This was a program of cloud seeding in order to flood out the Ho Chi Minh Trail. This technology which is over 60 years old is never mentioned when trying to combat the wildfires in California and around the world. Wilhelm Reich's rainmaking machine could also produce rain by using his device from the ground and pointing it up to the sky. This was from the 1950's.

Matthew came to learn that not only were these incredible technologies being suppressed, many of these advanced technologies are actually being used against the people. He learned about the "High Frequency Active Aurora Research Project" facilities around the world, and Nex Rad and other technologies that are controlling our weather. He learned about Agenda 21, and how it is really about controlling and depopulating the world.

As a career firefighter with 33 years of service, seventeen years as a Captain, and twenty years as a Paramedic, he realized that these fires over the last several years were nothing like the ones he experienced earlier in his career. The Tubbs Fire and the Kincade fire in Northern California in 2017, and 2019 both came very close to his house. He witnessed heavy spraying "chemtrailing" before and during those fires. He along with another retired Fire Captain investigated the "Camp Fire" in Paradise California in 2018 and realized that there were many anomalies that are unexplainable by natural weather conditions. He and the other retired Captain did several videos on their findings. They can be viewed on the, "Supposedly Shelley" Youtube channel.

While trying to understand what took place in Paradise, the Tubbs Fire, and the other large devastating fires over the last few years, Matthew looked up Directed Energy Weapon technologies. These technologies explained everything he had seen in Paradise as well as these other fires. The scariest part for Matthew in learning about directed energy weapons, was the fact that most of the patents for these weapons had to do with mind control technologies.

It has become very clear to Matthew that there is a world wide, evil, non-human agenda to merge man with machines, while depopulating us and controlling every aspect of our lives. In searching for solutions Matthew has learned how the corporate governments have reduced people's status's by them not knowing their rights as free man and women under their creator. Most people look to their governments to find out what their rights are, and don't realize that these public servants work for them. Matthew is trying to educate others on how to correct their status, and come together with other like-minded free men and women with their unalienable rights granted by their creator, and place their public servants back in their proper place. He's trying to get people of all political backgrounds and beliefs to understand the larger agenda, to stop funding their own demise, and to come together to save our country and our world from this evil agenda.
